Christmas decoration lights 

In December many tenats decorate their rooms with electric lights. Please pull out the plug or switch the lights off when you are not at home, and especially when you leave for Christmas holidays. Just twisting a bulb is not sufficient! 

This is for the fire safety at the student home. 

Don't waste electricity

  • If you open a window or terrace door, remember to shut off the electric heater.  
  • Lower the temperature to 10 degrees when you leave for Christmas holidays. Please do not shut down the heating copmpletely as the water may freeze if it gets very cold outside.  
  • Air valves and windown must be shut.  

Please take out the garbage before you leave for Christmas holidays

Show consideration for your neighbour

She may have her exam tomorrow! Remember that many students are still in the middle of the exam period. We kindly ask you to follow the housing regulations and make sure that it is quiet at the student home at 11 pm on weekdays and by midnight on weekends.   

The housing office during Christmas

The housing office is available on tel. (+47) 476 20 800 and the office in Bodø is manned between 10.00 - 14.00 27. - 29. Dec. We will open again on Monday 2. January 2023. 

The invoice for January 2023 may be a little delayed.
