Social and central

At Sjøgata 16 you find bedsits at an affordable rent, most of them with shared kitchen and bathroom, but also some with private bathrooms. The social life in the common kitchens (share with 3-5 other students) and in the common room in the basement create conditions for a nice and safe environment for the students living there. The house is located in the middle of charming downtown Levanger, with cafés, shops and everything you need close by.

The house Sjøgata 16 was built in the late nineteenth century, in Swiss villa style. It is part of the characteristic wooden architecture of Levanger town. With its insides renovated, it is now a modern home for students.
