Our smallest housing facility, but Kirkegata 14 B has several types of housing units. Great location in central Levanger, with a short distance to Nord University.
A copious little house in central Levanger
Kirkegata 14 B is located in central Levanger. Here you have shops, training centres, cafés and restaurants in immediate proximity. There’s a town park right behind the student home. Nord university is 1,5 kilometres away. Levanger Hospital is also close by.
Kirkegata 14 B has a total of 12 housing units with something for everyone. You can live affordably and socially in a bedsit with shared kitchen and bathroom, and access to cosy common livingrooms. There are also one room and two room apartments with private kitchens and bathrooms.
All bedsits are furnished. The apartments are not furnished. You can rent a parking place outside the building.
IT IS SMART TO APPLY EARLY
You do not have to document an offered place of study to submit a housing application. You can also terminate the contract within 24 July without having to pay for the notice period, if you are offered housing, but don’t get in to the university.
