Grand student home
Grand is a former hotel rebuilt for student housing. Here you live in downtown Namsos, a short walk from Nord University
A unique student home
At Grand no bedits or apartments look the same, which gives each room a distinct personality. Grand has bedsits and apartments of various shapes and sizes, most of them with a private bathroom.
If you live in a bedsit you will share kitchen with other students. Living with shared kitchen is a nice and convenient way to get to know other students. Many students get new friends through common breakfasts and dinners at the student home. There is also a common livingroom in the basement, perfect for game nights, quizes, pre-parties etc.
All you need right ouside the door
Grand is located in the middle of Namsos town with cafés, shops, cinema, restaurants etc. right outside the door. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the university.
IT IS SMART TO APPLY EARLY
You do not have to document an offered place of study to submit a housing application. You can also terminate the contract within 24 July without having to pay for the notice period, if you are offered housing, but don’t get in to the university.
